Saturday, July 29, 2017 from 11-2 our youth group will be serving a lunch at the Community Hall during the vendor fair at Summerfest (if we get enough help).
Wednesday, August 9, 2017 the youth group (2017-18 grades 6-12) will take a day trip to Valley Fair in Shakopee (more info below).
Tuesday, August 15, 2017 there will be a meeting at Bethany at 7:00 p.m. for all youth and their parents who are interested in attending the ELCA National Gathering in Houston, Texas (June 23-July 2, 2018). Students who are eligible for this are those who will be in grades 8-12 during the upcoming school year.
Valley Fair info:
We will be leaving at 6:00 a.m. from Bethany and be home around midnight.
The cost to attend will be 15.00 plus money for food/spending money.
All Bethany youth who will be in grade 6-12 are invited to attend.
Please let Hannah Seeger or Jenny Schmitz know by July 21 if your child plans to attend.
This will allow us to arrange transportation for all who are interested in attending.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is Coming! - VBS at Bethany will be from July 24th - 27th from 5:30 pm – 8:00pm 5th graders and below are welcome. Need not be a member of Bethany.

The purpose of this organization is to promote through cooperation with other agencies, the ability of youth to do things for themselves and others, and to teach youth patriotism, courage, self-reliance, and kindred virtues. In achieving this purpose, the emphasis is placed on the boy scouts educational program and its paths, promises and codes for character development, citizenship training, and mental and physical fitness.
